Covey’s annual Bike Ride gives your whole family a chance to support our mission – and have fun, too! We’ll be bringing the community together for a ride. The ride is held to highlight Covey’s bike programs: iCan Shine Bike Camp and Adaptive Bike Lending. Both programs are designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle, build independence, and empower riders to engage with family and friends.
Last year, over 85% of our iCan Bike Campers graduated to riding a conventional bike independently. Several of these riders are participating in this year’s Bike Ride!
It’s important to note that we’ll be happy to see riders on both standard two-wheel bikes and adaptive bikes. Our course will bring all riders together on the trail, and for a party at the finish line. It’s going to be an amazing event!
